The song SANE is a song I did in 2007 with PAIGE HALEY the original bassist from the band ORGY and Christian FIJT Dorris from the bands Shock Nina and the Kidney Theives.
You can hear Paige’s distorted heavy grooving bass playing in the intro of the song and Christian played guitar and drums and co-wrote the song with me, he also produced and engineered the song in our private home studio in Van Nuys Ca and could be heard on background vocals harmonizing with yours truly on this Rocking song I wrote about the way love has driven me crazy and that once I gather my sanity and get over a bad relationship that I’ll do whatever I can to keep myself SANE!
I believe Rich Sacco former drummer of BUDDERSIDE and DARK32 performed on some of the drum parts. Rich definitely played the song perfectly live and was a huge part of this bands live sound. The band was an incredible project and there’s more songs I’ll be releasing on here from this group of amazing musicians I will always consider one of the best bands I ever took part in. Still great friends w Paige and Christian, Rich I’ve lost touch with but I believe he is still out there drumming his ass off. Paige was working in a band called HellFlower with the late great Chester Bennington and I believe he has his own solo project coming out. Christian currently works as computer technician setting up studios and wide variety of security systems w the original guitarist of Shock Nina and hopefully will do a reunion show one day with that great band. No one has ever sung as well with me as Christian in my opinion our voices blended very well together abd you can hear that on the song SANE!! Enjoy
